Northwest Arkansas groups offer exits from sex trafficking

Volunteer Cheryl Smider sorts donations, Monday, April 10, 2023 at Beautiful Lives Boutique in Bentonville. The boutique raises money for organizations that help women through clothing sales and donations. They raise monetary donations to ten organizations that are helping women who are facing some form of crisis and give in-kind donations through gift certificates for the residents of junior partner organizations with the goal of providing an elevated shopping experience for women at a thrift price point. Some of the organizations they work with are Saving Grace, Hub of Hope, Ladies of Grace, Tangible Truth, Havenwood and Restoration Village. “We cant do what we do without donations from the community. All the items are donated by the community. We could not do what we do without volunteers,” said Executive Director Jessica Uranga adding that in 2022, they had 6,619 hours clocked from volunteers. The Bentonville location is one of three including Fayetteville and Siloam Springs. Visit nwaonline.com/photos for today's photo gallery.
