Red Cross of Northwest Arkansas seeking more volunteers as group responds to more disasters

Officials say intensity and frequency of disasters straining organization

ROGERS -- The American Red Cross of Northwest Arkansas needs more volunteers, the organization says.

"Our volunteers have been all over the nation, besides helping in our own backyards," said John Brimley, Northwest Arkansas spokesman for the Red Cross.
