Arkansas National Guard to monitor air near landfill in Tontitown after complaints

TONTITOWN -- The state got help from the Arkansas National Guard on Thursday to sample air quality in Tontitown after receiving a rash of complaints about noxious fumes aimed at the Eco-Vista landfill there.
