Working on the railroad: Springdale plans nearly $300,000 in improvements at street crossings with Arkansas & Missouri Railroad

SPRINGDALE -- The City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to spend nearly $300,000 to upgrade street crossings of Arkansas & Missouri Railroad tracks.

The city will spend $97,816 on the crossing on East Randall Wobbe Lane and $196,101 for the crossing at West Shady Grove Road.
