Springdale plans for expansion of Bluff Cemetery after donation by George family

SPRINGDALE -- The City Council, working Monday as a committee of the whole, endorsed a contract to expand Bluff Cemetery. The council was working as a committee of the whole and moved the measure forward to the council for approval.
