BLYTHEVILLE 30, VALLEY VIEW 7
BLYTHEVILLE -- Jamel Woods scored two touchdowns to help Blytheville (5-2, 4-0 5A-East) break away from a scoreless halftime tie, and the Chickasaws defeated Valley View.
Blytheville led 12-0 after Woods' third-quarter runs, but Valley View (4-3, 2-2) scored on a 7-yard pass play to make it 12-7 after three quarters.
It was all Chickasaws from that point, with Blytheville scoring on a fumble return and touchdown passes of of 28 and 59 yards.
