Chef Evette Brady, formerly of Restaurant 1620, and chef Tim Morton of Cache Restaurant will take inspiration from research to create a modern Southern meal. The dinner will be 6:30-9:30 p.m. Nov. 15, at HAM, 200 E. Third St., Little Rock. Tickets are $45 ($35 for museum members).
