Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Daniel Howard Smith, 39, of 504 N. 12th St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christopher Allen Shepard, 45, of 16584 W. Arkansas 12 in Gentry was arrested Tuesday in connection with distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit content. Shepard was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Walter Nelson, 54, of 14266 Arkansas 102 in Gravette was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening, domestic battering and possession of a firearm by certain persons. Nelson was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Larry Andrew Goodine, 42, of 12995 Recreation Drive in Lowell was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault, fleeing, theft by receiving and criminal use of prohibited weapon. Goodine was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Farmington

• Tarrion Morrison, 18, of 19 N. Hunter St. was arrested in connection with possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Morrison was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on a combined bond of $4,395.

Rogers

• David Garduno Jr., 32, of 1249 W. Bishop Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of a drug paraphernalia. Garduno was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Makesha Shanae Roberson, 32, of 8576 Ivans St. in Decatur was arrested Tuesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Roberson was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on $6,500 bond.

Springdale

• Cheyenne Wake, 23, of 3904 Hassell Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wake was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Matthew Lawson, 35, of 3904 Hassell Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lawson was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
