Coldwell Banker debuts program

Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney and Faucette has debuted Global Luxury to the Northwest Arkansas market. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program is designed specifically for marketing luxury residential properties to affluent buyers worldwide.

The program will be available for listings with a minimum price of $500,000.

Global Luxury agents must complete an in-depth certification course, which provides learning, networking, marketing strategies and mentorship, pairing the experience and first-hand knowledge of successful luxury agents with industry-leading resources

There are 384 houses priced above $500,000 for sale in Northwest Arkansas, the firm reported. In 2017, buyers bought 188 high-end houses.

Artful Home Staging wins award

Miriam Sadow of Artful Home Staging won "Best of Customer Service" on Houzz, an online and mobile platform for house remodeling and design.

Artful Home Staging is a 2-year-old company that specializes in real estate enhancement through its various home staging and interior design services. It is a marketing arm for real estate agents and sellers helping to prepare a house for sale by showcasing its best qualities.

Sadow was chosen by the more than 40 million monthly unique users that comprise the Houzz community from among more than 1 million active home building, remodeling and design industry professionals.

Sadow founded Artful Home Staging in 2016. She is professional designer and certified home stager. She completed a degree in fashion buying and merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and holds a certification from the institute in "Entrepreneurship in Sustainability."
