The Arkansas State Police has identified the three men who were killed in a multi-vehicle accident Monday on Interstate 540 in Van Buren.
They were Eddie Scott, 39, of Waldron, Gabe Gryner, 39, of Van Buren and Kalep Davis, 26, of Chester.
The accident occurred about 8 a.m. Monday in the southbound lanes of I-540 near Exit 3 in Van Buren. A state police fatal accident summary said a log truck in the northbound lane driven by Scott crossed the median into the southbound lanes of the interstate and struck a tractor-trailer driven by Gryner, a Nissan pickup driven by Davis and a dump truck.
