North Little Rock Democrat Isaac Henry, who lost a bid for the state House of Representatives, has agreed to pay a $150 fine and receive a public letter of caution in a settlement with the Arkansas Ethics Commission.
Henry agreed with the commission finding that he violated Arkansas Code Annotated 7-6-207 by failing to timely file a campaign finance report for the fourth quarter of 2017, a report for January, a report for February and a report for March, the commission said in a letter dated Tuesday.
Democrat Jamie Scott defeated Henry for the primary nomination in House District
