BENTONVILLE -- A man accused of sexually assaulting a child in a restaurant bathroom was arrested Thursday in connection with a sex crime involving another child.

Brandon G. Guillen, 23, of Bentonville was being held in the Benton County Jail on a $150,000 bond Friday.

He was arrested in connection with sexual indecency with a child Thursday.

Guillen is accused of exposing himself to 12-year-old boy at school bus stop Tuesday, according to a probable cause affidavit.

The boy reported the incident to the assistant principal at his school.

The boy told police he was walking to the bus stop and the driver of a blue Honda said hello to him. The boy saw the car again at his bus stop and the driver asked for directions to Walmart, according to the affidavit.

The driver motioned for the boy to come closer. The boy told police he got within 4 feet of the passenger window and saw the driver had exposed himself, according to the affidavit

The boy told police the driver asked him to get in the car, but he refused and walked away.

The driver then left, but the boy said the man returned and flashed the peace sign at him before leaving again, according to the affidavit.

Police identified Guillen as the driver.

Guillen was free on $35,000 bond. He was arrested last month in connection with sexual assault in connection with a 7-year-old boy.

Guillen worked at the Buttered Biscuit in Bentonville.

The boy was interviewed at the Children's Advocacy Center of Benton County and said a waiter, later identified as Guillen, came in the restroom, blocked the door, exposed himself and then inappropriately touched him, according to the affidavit.

Benton County Circuit Judge Robin Green set Guillen's bond Thursday in the latest arrest at $150,000. She also ordered Guillen be placed on a home monitoring unit if he's released on bond.

Green ordered Guillen to stay away from schools, preschools and daycare centers.
