The husband and wife duo behind Natural State Sandwiches opened their first brick-and-mortar location last week in Springdale.
"We started at the Yacht Cub in a rental concessions trailer," said Tino Belasco, the husband behind Natural State. The Yacht Club on College is a food truck court in Fayetteville.
Tino and his wife, Amber, were able to purchase their own food truck with funds from their first production year. After two and a half years managing that operation, the couple found the opportunity to "open up shop" on East Emma Avenue in Springdale.
The food truck will be parked behind the storefront and rented out to chefs and other culinary professionals to be used in pop ups and catering.
The restaurant is located at 107 E. Emma Avenue in Springdale and is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
