Two teens arrested in killing of 64-year-old Arkansas man

Police arrested two teens Wednesday in the August killing of a 64-year-old man, according to a news release from the Garland County sheriff's office.

On Aug. 22, officers responded to a shooting at 509 Lakeland Drive Lot 10 in Hot Springs. Timothy Chase Humphries was found shot and was transported to a hospital, where he died.

Police said officers gathered enough information to charge Gerrard Wells and Tyler McKisick, both 19. Wells was arrested without incident Wednesday in the 700 block of Park Avenue.

Later that same day, officers located a vehicle where McKisick was a passenger and apprehended McKisick and the other occupant and seized three firearms and a small amount of drugs.
