Friends of the Rev. Betsy Singleton Snyder were welcomed to the Edgehill home of Tiffany and Daniel Robinson on Oct. 27. Snyder, married to former U.S. Rep. Vic Snyder and the mother of four boys, is the 2018 Women and Children First Woman of the Year.
About 80 guests enjoyed visiting with the Snyder family and hosts the Robinsons and Win Rockefeller.
The Rev. Snyder serves on several boards and foundations including The Little Rock Zoo Foundation, Women's Advisory Council and Arkansas Interfaith Alliance. She is also the author of Stepping on Cheerios: Finding God in the Chaos and Clutter of Life.
The Woman of the Year Gala will be Jan. 20 with funds supporting Women and Children First's Center Against Family Violence, the state's largest domestic violence shelter.
