The South Central Federation of Mineral Societies in conjunction with the Hot Springs geology Club recognized Ray Lynch for fourteen years of service as editor of the Hot Springs Bulletin and celebrates his eleventh year as District Vice President for SCFMS over the Arkansas Territory.
