• Randell Eugene Wing, 50, of 22042 Davidson Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of controlled substance. Wing was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• Joyce Bullock, 49, of 2118 N. Chestnut Ave., No. 18 in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault of a family or household member. Bullock was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Theft of a vehicle was reported at 8:29 p.m. Monday at Pinnacle Foods Group at 1100 W. 15th St.
