Steven Kauffeld, 50, of Siloam Springs was killed in a motorcycle crash Tuesday, according to Arkansas State Police.
The crash occurred about 4 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 412 and Fairmount Road, according to a State Police report. Kauffeld was riding a 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle west on U.S. 412 when he made an improper right turn to cross the highway, and struck the passenger side of a 2012 Dodge, which traveling heading west on U.S. 412, according to the report.
No one else was injured in the accident, the report states. Weather conditions were clear and the road was dry at the time of the accident.
