WEST FORK 83, HAAS HALL 59

Dalton Hays and Jeff Treat combined for 54 points to lead the Tigers to a 3A/4A District 1 win Tuesday night against Haas Hall.

Hayes and Treat each scored 27 points for West Fork. Matthew Kisor led the Mastiffs (1-12) in scoring.

LR PARKVIEW 71, PULASKI ACADEMY 38

Little Rock Parkview received a scare in the second quarter Tuesday night when senior guard Khalil Garland left with an ankle injury, but went on to defeat Pulaski Academy at Charles Ripley Gymnasium.

Garland, an Arkansas signee, dunked with 2:52 remaining in the second quarter to give Parkview a 27-14 lead. He then came to the Patriots’ sideline not putting any weight on his left ankle, and Coach Al Flanigan elected to keep him out for the rest of the game.

Javon Franklin led the Patriots (16-4, 6-1 6A/5A-4) with 22 points and 11 rebounds.

CABOT 65, FORT SMITH NORTHSIDE 50

Bobby Joe Duncan scored 18 points and handed out four assists as the Panthers rolled late over cold-shooting Fort Smith Northside in a a battle between two of the four 7A-Central Conference leaders.

LITTLE ROCK HALL 62, MAUMELLE 55

Little Rock Hall made the adjustments needed to defeat 6A/5A-4 conference leader Maumelle.

Still without leading scorer Maurio Goggins, Coach Jon Coleman said team roles have changed for the Warriors (13-6, 5-2), who found a way to win and climb back into the conference race. They now trail co-leaders Maumelle (17-3, 6-1) and Parkview by one game.

Antonio Smith led Hall with 16 points. Isaac Beal scored 15 for the Warriors.

For Maumelle, Patrick Greene led with 24 points and Tremont Robinson finished with 10.

WEST MEMPHIS 64, FORREST CITY 55

The West Memphis boys made 16 of 20 free throws in the fourth quarter.

The Blue Devils (17-2, 10-1 6A/5A-3) trailed for only 48 seconds against the Mustangs (4-13, 2-9), but the visitors never made it comfortable for West Memphis.

The Mustangs trailed West Memphis 29-26 at halftime. But behind a strong offensive performance in the second half from Trajon Norment, who scored 12 of his game-high 20 points in the final two quarters, Forrest City wouldn’t go away.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK 61, BRYANT 59

North Little Rock senior forward B.J. Walker hit 1 of 2 free throws with 6.2 seconds left. His miss led to a fast break for Bryant with a chance to force overtime or win on a 3-pointer, but senior guard Calvin Allen’s layup attempt through North Little Rock forwards packed in the lane bounced out at the buzzer.

BAPTIST PREP 47, BAUXITE 45, OT

Isaac McBride scored 17 points as the Eagles (18-4, 12-0) survived an overtime affair with the Miners (16-6, 8-4). James Renshaw hit two free throws with one second left in the overtime for the game-winning points.

BENTON 62, LITTLE ROCK MCCLELLAN 56

Jai Peter led the Panthers (14-5, 4-2) with 26 points in a 6A/5A-5 victory over the visiting Lions. Weston Riedick added 13 and Fred Harris 10 for Benton, which led 36-32 at the half.

BEEBE 59, BATESVILLE 46

Leading 31-29 at halftime, host Beebe outscored Batesville 12-3 in the third quarter of a 6A/5A-2 game. KJ O’Neill led Beebe with 21 points and Landon Davis added 11. Tanner Vinson led Batesville with 13 points.

JACKSONVILLE 68, SYLVAN HILLS 61

Joseph Phillip scored a gamehigh 15 points to lead host Jacksonville to a 6A/5A-4 victory over Sylvan Hills. Tyree Applebee and Christopher White added 12 points each for the Titans, who led 35-26 at halftime, and DeJuan Ridgeway chipped in 11.

PINE BLUFF 81, WATSON CHAPEL 44

Behind 26 points from Caleb Parker, the Zebras (12-6, 4-1) bounced the Wildcats in a 6A/5A-5 game at Pine Bluff. DeJuan Morris added 14 and Cadarius Baggett 11 for Pine Bluff, which outscored Watson Chapel 46-25 in the second half.

BEEBE 59, BATESVILLE 46

Leading 31-29 at halftime, host Beebe outscored Batesville 12-3 in the third quarter of a 6A/5A-2 game. KJ O’Neill led Beebe with 21 points and Landon Davis added 11. Tanner Vinson led Batesville with 13 points.

CHARLESTON 70, CEDARVILLE 33

Charleston led 18-14 after the first quarter, then outscored visiting Cedarville by a combined 40-14 in the second and third quarters. Brandon Fenner led Charleston with 26 points.

HOPE 72, DE QUEEN 13

Hope held visiting De Queen scoreless in the first half on the way to an easy victory. Nick Thomas scored 11 points to lead Hope, which led 28-0 at halftime and 52-8 at the end of the third quarter.

IZARD COUNTY 52, MAMMOTH SPRING 46

Justus Cooper and Taylor Reynolds scored 14 points each as Izard County won the 2A/1A-3 title with its victory over Mammoth Spring. Dallas Farmer had 12 points for Izard County (24-8, 13-0) and Tanner Brooks chipped in 10.

JACKSONVILLE 68, SYLVAN HILLS 61

David Walker scored 22 points, while Tim Johnson addded 18 for Stuttgart (12-2, 9-0 4A/3A-10) in its victory over visiting Star City (4-12, 1-8).

GIRLS

WEST FORK 51, HAAS HALL 40

The Lady Tigers kept their season record unblemished with an 11-point win against Haas Hall on Tuesday.

West Fork (21-0) got 24 points from Holly Griffin. Angela Saitta led Haas Hall (3-13) with 13.

Clarksville 58, Alma 53 (2OT)

Clarksville outscored Alma 11-6 in the second overtime to take a 5A/6A District 1 victory Tuesday in Alma.

Sam Childers had 20 points and Grace Dougan 13 for Clarksville (14-6). The score was tied at 35 after three quarters, at 43 at the end of regulation and at 47 over the first overtime.

ENGLAND 65, JACKSONVILLE LIGHTHOUSE 18

England led 44-9 at halftime, then held Jacksonville Lighthouse scoreless in the third quarter on the way to an easy victory in Jacksonville. Diamond Harper led England with 14 points, while Shamaria Brooks and Dannie Howell added 11 each.

FORT SMITH NORTHSIDE 45, CABOT 42 (OT)

Fatarah Kinnard scored six of her 15 points in overtime as the Lady Bears (10-8, 3-2 7A-Central) rallied for a victory over the host Lady Panthers. Kinnard and teammate Topazia Hawkins each scored 15 points for Northside. Josie Woods led Cabot with 15 points. Cabot led 21-17 at halftime and 27-24 after three quarters.

Northside did not hold its first lead until the 5:55 mark of the fourth quarter. Hawkins made a steal with 1:16 left that gave Northside a 35-33 lead, but Cabot tied the game on Josie Vanoss’ two free throws.

LITTLE ROCK CENTRAL 61, FORT SMITH SOUTHSIDE 31

The Lady Tigers (16-1, 5-0 7A-Central) used a 22-3 run at the start of the second half to blow open the game and down the Mavericks (6-11, 2-3). Central led by only 27-19 at halftime, but would get the lead to 55-24 early in the final period to force the running clock the final five minutes of the game. The Lady Tigers were led by Erynn Barnum’s 21 points, followed by Jordan Greenwood with 18 and Abigayle Jackson adding 11. Hannah Rainwater paced Southside with 10.

LITTLE ROCK CHRISTIAN 65, LITTLE ROCK FAIR 24

Emma Kelley scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as Little Rock Christian got a 6A-5A-4 victory over visiting Little Rock Fair. Jaylen McGowan added 13 points for Little Rock Christian, which led 16-9 after the first quarter and outscored Little Rock Fair 26-7 in the second quarter and 21-5 in the third quarter.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK 63, BRYANT 23

Amber Hawkison scored 12 points as the Lady Charging Wildcats defeated the visiting Lady Hornets in a 7A-Central game. Yo’Myris Morris and Mackenzie Tillman each added 10 for North Little Rock.

EL DORADO 54, CAMDEN FAIRVIEW 40

Victoria Rice scored 21 points as El Dorado earned a home victory over Camden Fairview. Mikeya Haygood led Fairview with 15 points and Kynzie Morgan added 12.

VILONIA 54, GREENBRIER 24

Abby Hightower scored 15 points as Vilonia earned a 6A/5A-2 victory over visiting Greenbrier. Paige Kelly added 12 points for Vilonia, which led 29-15 at halftime and 39-19 at the end of the third quarter.
