Placement of concrete for the new deck of the Broadway Bridge over the Arkansas River will require a section of LaHarpe Boulevard in downtown Little Rock to be closed for much of today, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
LaHarpe, also called Arkansas 10, is to be closed in both directions between State and East Markham streets from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., weather permitting.
