Utility work on a section of Central Avenue in Hot Springs will require a lane closing on Thursday, the Arkansas Department of Transportation said.
The northbound lane on Central, also called Arkansas 7, between Market and Spring streets will be closed from midnight today to 7 a.m. Thursday, weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled with flags, signs and traffic cones.
