Eddie Pugh, 63, was originally charged with capital murder in the death of Antonio Watson, 35, the prosecutor said.

Ellington said Watson was shot after he and Pugh argued at a party at a home in Marked Tree.

Pugh was sentenced to 20 years in state prison and an additional 10 years suspended imposition of sentence, Ellington said.
