HOT SPRINGS -- The Garland County sheriff's office on Monday said it was investigating the death of a teen found Friday as a homicide.
A sheriff's office news release said it was waiting on a report from the state Crime Lab before commenting on the death of Colby Wilder. The release identified Wilder only as a 17-year-old black boy from Hot Springs.
"We are not able to release any additional information at this time due to the fact that this is still an ongoing investigation," the release said.

It was the second homicide reported in Garland County in a two-day period last week.
One of five people shot Tuesday on Lacey Street in Hot Springs died over the weekend.
