Police on Wednesday arrested a man on a burglary count after a stolen Social Security card reportedly was found in his possession when officers were searching him over an unrelated matter, a report said.
Jason Michael Ringo, 33, of Bryant "placed himself at the scene" of a recent burglary after police questioned him about the stolen card, the report said.
Officers first approached Ringo after receiving a report about 12:30 p.m. of a suspicious person near the 500 block of Napa Valley Drive.
They also reported finding 1.2 grams of methamphetamine in Ringo's possession, the report said.
He was charged with residential burglary, theft, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He remained at Pulaski County jail Thursday in lieu of $25,000 bond.
