Among the crimes Christopher Blair Robinson admitted to Friday were cutting an acquaintance with a samurai sword, assaulting another acquaintance in her home and threatening jailers.

Robinson pleaded guilty before Pulaski County Circuit Judge Leon Johnson to nine felony charges representing seven criminal cases between August 2013 and May 2015, while he was already on probation for terroristic threatening.

Deputy prosecutor Ashley Bowen said Robinson was sentenced to eight years in prison that will be followed by a five-year suspended term in exchange for his guilty plea.

The charges are residential burglary, second-degree battery, aggravated assault on a correctional officer, five counts of terroristic threatening and a misdemeanor battery charge, which together carry a potential of 62 years in prison.

Court records show that Robinson has been jailed since being arrested twice June 23 in a three-hour span over accusations he had tried to pass himself off as a police officer. His plea deal does not include any charges that could result from those arrests, which are under review by prosecutors to determine whether formal charges will be filed.

Court files show Robinson was arrested first at 8:30 a.m. June 23 at the Starbucks at 9401 N. Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock by police responding to a trespassing complaint. A worker directed them to Robinson, who was wearing a badge around his neck and had handcuffs hanging off his pants.

Robinson had been at the restaurant earlier harassing customers without making any purchases, according to police reports, and the unnamed employee wanted him banned from the premises because his pacing around the store was making customers nervous.

Robinson was arrested after he provided unspecified "false information" to police, the report said.

Three hours later, Robinson was arrested again at Pulaski County District Court after a deputy found him wearing a gold badge around his neck with a set of handcuffs tucked into the back of his trousers, court filings show.

Questioned about what he was doing, he said he worked for a security company but couldn't provide any information about the company. He was arrested after deputies saw that he had signed into the police entry log as "LRPD" with a badge number, the filings state.

At the time of his June arrest, he had been free since Oct. 1 on $62,500 bond on the charges he pleaded guilty to Friday, which stem from seven arrests over a 21½-month span:

• May 18, 2015, breaking into the home of an acquaintance, 24-year-old Shaela Monique Williams, at 1804 Bishop St., Little Rock, where he accosted her about his missing dog. Robinson, who had formerly lived at the residence, was arrested after injuring her during a fight and threatening to shoot her in the face.

• June 21, 2014, cutting Brian Smith on the right hand with a samurai sword during an argument.

• Jan. 25, 2014, threatening the life of sheriff's Sgt. Brittney Heard while causing a disturbance in the Pulaski County jail.

• Jan. 2, 2014, threatening Deputies Scott Thomisee and Zachary Treat while Robinson was in jail by saying he would arrange to have the officers shot by his brother.

• Nov. 18, 2013, threatening restaurant worker Cheikh Ahmed Hamadi at the now-closed Downtown Deli on Sixth Street while armed with a gun.

• Sept. 2, 2013, throwing a milk carton containing urine into the face of Deputy Charles Allen while the officer was gathering food trays at the jail.

• Aug. 2, 2013, while being arrested at 5137 Summertree Drive, the Summertree/Valley View apartments, in North Little Rock by North Little Rock police officer Randy Flippin, Robinson told the officer that he would get his brother to shoot Flippin in the face. Police had discovered Robinson in an empty apartment and found that he had outstanding arrest warrants.

Court filings show that at the time of that arrest, Robinson had been on probation for about 4½ months since pleading guilty Feb. 26, 2013, to two counts of felony terroristic threatening. He had been sentenced to six years on probation and fined $1,000.

Those charges stem from his Oct. 7, 2012, arrest at the Auxora Arms apartments on Auxora Road in Little Rock, where he had threatened to set the apartment home of a resident on fire.

According to police reports and court records, Robinson, also a resident of the apartment complex, poured gasoline near the apartment home of Caroline Lanes and tried to light the fuel while she and Markeisha Perry were inside.

Robinson was arrested after being seen carrying a gas can, and a police report said he admitted to the accusations, claiming that he was retaliating for Perry threatening him with a gun over a lost cellphone.
