After the report is presented, Sherece West-Scantlebury, the president and chief executive officer of the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, will moderate a panel of business, community and government leaders to learn what the state can do now to help Arkansas' educational and economic future.

The presentation and panel discussion will be held in Sturgis Hall at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service today, beginning at noon.

Sturgis Hall is the old Choctaw Railway building in the Clinton Presidential Library complex, 1200 President Clinton Ave. in Little Rock.

Admission is free. Reservations, though, are requested by emailing [email protected] or calling (501) 683-5239.
