Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Colten Jay Barnett, 24, of 9901 E. 541 Road in Colcord, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with battery in the first degree and aggravated assault. Barnett was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Ryan Chase, 51, of Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose of delivering. Chase was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.
• Louis Jackson, 21, of 1016 Lake Sequoyah Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Jackson was released Tuesday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
• Kristina Presley, 20, of 1400 E. 15th St. No. 66 was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening and endangering the welfare of a minor. Presley was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.
• James Rainey, 18, of 3006 N. Apatite Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary, theft of property and breaking and entering. Rainey was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

• Bobby Rodgers, 21, of Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of marijuana. Rodgers was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
