The Eli Young Band will perform, along with opening act Ryan Hurd, at 8:30 p.m. today at the Rev Room in Little Rock. Tickets are $25.

The Randy Rogers Band will perform at 9 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $22 in advance, $25 the day of the show.

The Flex Crue, plus Butterfly and Irie Soul and DJ HY-C, will perform at 9 p.m. Saturday. Admission is $15.

French acoustic guitarist Pierre Bensusan will perform at 7:30 p.m. today at The Joint in North Little Rock. Admission is $20.

Bensusan, who was born in Algeria in 1957, was named "Best World Music Guitar Player" by the readers of Guitar Player magazine in 2008. He cites as his influences Django Reinhardt, Ry Cooder, Rev. Gary Davis, Mississippi John Hurt, Doc Watson, Jimi Hendrix, Wes Montgomery and Pat Metheny.

He has recorded 12 albums, the latest of which, Encore, released in 2013, is a triple album of live recordings.

John Burnette will perform at 9 p.m. Friday at South on Main. Admission is $8.

Burnette, who grew up in Mountain View, is now based in Little Rock, where he is finishing his debut album, which blends his folk, jazz, rock, blues and "indie" sensibilities.

Bob Boyd Sounds will perform at 7 p.m. Friday at the CALS Ron Robinson Theater. Admission is $5; free to ages 15 and younger.

Arkansas Sounds will present a retrospective of Boyd's career, featuring piano, accordion and vocal performances. Boyd operated a music store, Boyd Music Center, on West 12th Street for nearly 40 years. He began his musical career in 1952 and has been performing, teaching and writing about music ever since.

Bobby Bones and his band, The Raging Idiots, will inaugurate the new Buffalo Days festival with a concert at 7 p.m. Friday at the Bank of the Ozarks Arena in Hot Springs. Opening acts will be Barrett Baber, Uncle Kracker, Mo Pitney and Lauren Alaina. Tickets are $25.

Bones, 36, a native of Mountain Pine, just outside Hot Springs, has been successful as a DJ in country music since his show was syndicated in 2013. It is now carried by 68 radio stations in the United States, with an estimated audience of 3 million listeners.

He also records and performs music, and he and his band released a debut album, The Critics Give It Five Stars, on March 18. "Fishin' With My Dad" is the current single from the album.
