Charles Moline of Springdale was one of 24 Arkansas AT&T employees receiving the President’s Volunteer Service Award. He is the Employee Sponsorship Program sales manager for AT&T Business Solutions. The award gives U.S. presidential recognition to individuals who demonstrate a sustained commitment to volunteerism throughout the year. The AT&T employees logged a minimum of 100 volunteer hours last year.

Marty Bryan was promoted to senior vice president, operations finance and accounting for prepared foods, commercial sales and innovation at Tyson Foods Inc. He will continue providing business and financial leadership to the retail branded and food-service prepared foods teams, as well as the commercial sales and innovation teams. Since joining Tyson Foods in 1990, Bryan has held a variety of roles, including vice president of retail brands and growth finance and accounting, vice president of finance and vice president poultry/prepared foods operations accounting.

Alison Raymer was appointed president of the Monument Builders of North America, effective Feb. 27. She is CEO and co-owner of Emerson Monument Company. She is also the area’s only certified memorialist. Monument Builders of North America uses professional certification to recognize individuals for their dedication to their chosen career and their ability to perform to set standards. Emerson Monument is headquartered in Springdale and has an office in Bentonville.

Kristina Pendleton was hired as property manager for Sage Partners’ Fayetteville office. She has 14 years of experience in real estate and manages more than 600,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial and commercial real estate space.

Matt Mozzoni joined Sage Partners’ Fayetteville office as an associate in the brokerage department. He joined Sage in 2014 and has retail management experience.

Shawn Carroll was promoted to senior vice president of operations at East Harding Construction. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has worked at East Harding since 2006. He was the senior estimator and senior project manager. The company has offices in Springdale and Little Rock.

Nathan Kerr was promoted to manager of field operations for East Harding Construction. He is a Green Advantage Certified Practitioner and joined East Harding in 2006. The company has offices in Springdale and Little Rock.

Angie Smith-Nix was named University Dance Educator of the Year for the Southern District of SHAPE America, the Society of Health and Physical Educators. She received the award at the district’s convention in February. Smith-Nix is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
