FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas' 2016 schedule was released Thursday.
The Razorbacks are scheduled to play TCU, Louisiana Tech, Texas State and Alcorn State in nonconference games, and will play Florida and Missouri from the Southeastern Conference's eastern division.
Arkansas' game at TCU highlights the nonconference schedule. The Sept. 10 game will be the first of two trips to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex during a three-weekend span in September.
The Razorbacks are scheduled to play Texas A&M in Arlington, Texas, two weeks later.
Arkansas and TCU last met when both were members of the Southwest Conference in 1991. Next year's matchup is the beginning of a home-and-home series between the teams, which will bring TCU to Fayetteville in 2017.
The Razorbacks are scheduled to play nonconference games against Louisiana Tech and Texas State in Fayetteville, and against Football Championship Subdivision member Alcorn State at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.
In SEC play, the Razorbacks are scheduled to host Alabama, LSU, Ole Miss and Florida. It will be the first time since Arkansas joined the SEC in 1992 that it will play four conference games at Razorback Stadium.
In addition to the neutral-site game against Texas A&M, Arkansas has conference road games at Auburn, Mississippi State and Missouri.
