4th Judicial Drug Task Force

• Aaron Miller, 23, of 1714 Templeton Place in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with forgery. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

• Bryant Ford, 24, of 1153 W. Deane St. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent of delivery. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

Arkansas Community Correction

• Jennifer Marie Schriner, 21, of 1768 Bloxham Road in Pea Ridge was arrested Monday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Schriner was released Tuesday from the Benton County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

• Gregory James Lovejoy, 29, of 2170 Lisa Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, exposing a child to a chemical substance or methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of a firearm by certain persons. Lovejoy was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christy Lynn Simily, 28, of 2850 N. Centerwood in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, exposing a child to a chemical substance or methamphetamine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a firearm by certain persons and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Simily was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jonathan Taylor Simily, 29, of 2850 N. Centerwood in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, exposing a child to a chemical substance or methamphetamine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a firearm by certain persons and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine or cocaine. Simily was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Derek Scott Barrett, 25, of 1820 W. Twin Springs, No. 17, in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Barrett was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Matthew K. Bodine, 22, of 1703 Ross Road in Sulphur Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft of property, breaking or entering and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bodine was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with a partial bond of $1,095.

• Aaron M. Figueroa, 31, of 14804 Dutchman's Drive in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with second-degree battery and revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Figueroa was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lacey Joann Fraizer, 29, of 16677 Arkansas 94 was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony contempt of court. Fraizer was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail on a $13,500 bond.

Greenland

• Coty Jeter, 30, of 782 Daisy Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with parole violation. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

Rogers

• Joshua S. Dixon, 22, of 1607 W. Olive St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft of property. Dixon was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Thomas Boger, 32, of 2178 Madison County 7750 in Hindsville was arrested Tuesday in connection with parole violation, fleeing, possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

• Nicholas Aubrey Aleshire, 33, of 1352 Carroll County 222 in Eureka Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer or correctional facility employee, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor counts of drinking in public and resisting arrest. Aleshire was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jackie Madewell, 59, of 18739 Habberton Road in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine or cocaine. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday,

• Bradley Conn, 27, of 1298 Electric Ave. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond.

• Burnt food in a hotel room set off smoke alarms at 10:13 p.m. Monday at MainStay Suites, 301 S. 45th St.

• Theft of gasoline was reported at 6:58 p.m. Monday from Talulah's Market, 17773 E. Arkansas 12 in Rogers.

• Theft was reported at 5:34 p.m. Monday from Dillard's, 2101 S Promenade Blvd. in Rogers.

• Theft and illegal dumping were reported at 7:52 a.m. Monday from The Hack Shack, 11138 N. Old Wire Road in Rogers, after trash was found dumped at the business. A Rogers address was found in trash dumped at the site.

• Burglary was reported at 9:15 p.m. Monday from 1608 Robinhood Road.

• Credit or debit card fraud was reported at 8:53 p.m. Monday from 810 N.W. Third St., Suite E.

• Fraud was reported at 2:13 p.m. Monday from the Bentonville Police Department, 908 S.E. 14th St.

• Credit or debit card fraud was reported at 12:15 p.m. Monday from 906 Tunbridge Drive.

• Breaking and entering of vehicles was reported at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday at 2277 S. Cody Circle.

• Burglary was reported to police after a window was found broken at 11:06 a.m. Tuesday at Dragon's Keep, 3058 N. Market Ave.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 10:34 a.m. Tuesday at 662 W. Taylor St., Apt. 7.

• An unlocked vehicle was broken into at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday at 1963 W. Custer Lane.

• A scooter was reported stolen at 8:42 a.m. Tuesday at 1500 N. Leverett Ave., Apt. 140.

• Breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported at 7:57 a.m. Tuesday at 1540 W. Richmond Drive.

• Indecent exposure was reported at 7:29 p.m. Monday from Heritage High School, 1114 S. Fifth St., and a man was banned from the building.

• Breaking or entering on Nov. 19 was reported Monday at 5:46 p.m. from TRG, 1203 N. Sixth St.

• Theft of debit and credit cards from a purse was reported at 4:46 p.m. Monday from 1900 S. First St., Suite 1.

• Breaking or entering of a Ford Expedition and a GMC Yukon resulting in two purses stolen was reported at 4:12 p.m. Monday from TRG, 1203 N. Sixth St.

• Breaking or entering and theft of a backpack with a handgun inside was reported at 2:39 p.m. Monday from Rogers Fire Department administration, 201 N. First St., after a Bentonville resident on the property for a few minutes found things had been stolen from a vehicle.

• Breaking or entering of a storage unit was reported at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday from 914 W. D St. after a person found belongings sorted through and a cell phone left behind.

• Sexual assault was reported at 10:23 a.m. Monday from the Rogers Police Department, 1905 S. Dixieland Road

• A person shooting a BB gun was reported at 8:11 a.m. Monday from the 300 block of East Southern Trace Drive after a person found a hole in a window, then called police again after hearing someone shooting.

• Burglary was reported at 10:02 a.m. Tuesday at 20607 W. U.S. 62 in Lincoln.

• Assault and battery was reported at 7:04 p.m. Monday at 18739 Habberton Road in Springdale.
