Raising Cane's set to open in Northwest Arkansas
Raising Cane's, a Louisiana-based chain restaurant with a menu centered around chicken fingers, is scheduled to open alongside the under-construction Whole Foods Market in Fayetteville.
The restaurant has a simple menu, with chicken fingers, French fries, coleslaw and Texas toast. The restaurant has a statement that emphasizes high-quality, fresh-meat chicken that is marinated for 24 hours, then hand-battered and cooked to order.
The limited menu allows Raising Cane's to focus on "an exceptionally high quality product served quickly and conveniently," according to the website.
The restaurant, located at 3561 N. College Avenue in Fayetteville, will be the first Raising Cane's in Arkansas and is expected to be open by early summer.
