The Harley then hit a road sign, state police said.

Billings was taken to Stone County Medical Center in Mountain View, where he died of his injuries.

The name of the person driving the Jeep was not provided in the report.

Later Sunday, an El Dorado teenager was killed when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree.
