The sheriff's office provided no further details on the added charges.

McCann was found dead Jan. 17 in southern Pulaski County after being reported missing Jan. 10.

King, 28, was arrested Jan. 16 in the case.

Another man, Evatt Theodore "Ted" Warner III, 28, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with capital murder and kidnapping.

The sheriff's office is still searching for a third suspect, Hiram Contreras, 28, in the case. Contreras, who is wanted on kidnapping and capital murder charges, is considered armed and dangerous.

Warner told sheriff's investigators that he and Contreras, 28, walked McCann deep into the woods, with tape over McCann's mouth and his hands bound behind his back, according to Warner's arrest report. Contreras then "forced" Warner to shoot McCann in the back with a 12-gauge shotgun, the report states.

King's arrest report states that he "was involved in the kidnapping and murder of Cody McCann."

King was being held in the Pulaski County jail Wednesday night in lieu of $200,000 bond, while Warner was being held in the jail with no bail set.
