Arts Center of the Ozarks

WHAT: The Arts Center of the Ozarks is a nonprofit arts producer and presenter working in the Springdale community for 48 years. The center produces mainstage theater, presents concerts and art shows and offers classes for youth and adults.

Lone Pine Shelter

WHAT: Lone Pine Ranch Animal Shelter is a no-kill, 501(c)3 nonprofit, all-volunteer animal shelter that currently cares for 100 cats and dogs. The shelter provides a safe place for animals until they are able to find forever homes or go to another rescue. It also helps the public to rehome their pets and provides low-cost spay and neuter options.

WISH LIST: Items for dogs. The shelter is in dire need of bleach/ trash bags size 33 gallon and 13 gallon, paper towels, heavy-duty brooms for sweeping, Pine-Sol cleaner. Monetary donations are also accepted.

Good Shepherd Humane Society

WHAT: Good Shepherd Humane Society is celebrating 40 years of caring for the homeless, neglected and unwanted animals of Carroll County. It is a "no-kill" shelter. Through dedicated staff and volunteers, the shelter works diligently to find good homes for dogs and cats, averaging 50 dogs and 80 cats in the shelter at any given time.

WISH LIST: Bleach, paper towels, dog and cat treats, laundry soap, dish soap, copy paper, black magic markers, beef or ham baby food for "special needs" cats, $500 to build an agility course for the dogs, a used van to transport animals and a new portable storage building.
