RISON -- Two Rison men have been charged with capital murder, kidnapping and abuse of a corpse in the disappearance and death of 22-year-old Cherrish Faith Allbright, officials with the Cleveland County sheriff's office announced Monday.
Jonathan Guenther and Brad Hunter Smith, both 20, were held without bail at the Cleveland County jail. A third suspect, who authorities did not name, has been released on a $200,000 bond on a charge of hindering apprehension.
Cleveland County Sheriff Jack Rodgers said a tip led investigators to the body of Allbright, who was pregnant, on Thursday in the Randall community near Rison.
Authorities said Allbright's family told investigators that she got into a car outside her grandmother's residence about 11 p.m. Dec. 3 and was never seen again by her family.
