Arkansas Achievers

Sierra Logan of Hall High School in Little Rock received a 2015 AVID Center Scholarship.

Jaime Goolsby of Little Rock received the E. Pauline Osborne Agriculture Scholarship at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Okla.

Nicholas Rogers of Little Rock, a third-year student of University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, received the Horace N. Marvin Award.

Connor May of Jonesboro, an agriculture business major at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, received the Kelsey Hall/Brown Lacy Excellence in Agriculture Memorial Scholarship.

Rebecca Drake of Lakeside High School received the Vincent W. Foster Jr. Scholarship to attend Davidson College in North Carolina.

The following students were awarded $1,000 scholarships by the Auxiliary at Sparks Medical Center-Van Buren.

Christian Miller of Cedarville High School is the son of Trin and April Vinson. He plans to attend Arkansas State to study to be an athletic trainer.

Bailey Gossett of Van Buren High School is the daughter of John and Wendy Gossett. She plans to study biochemistry and wants to become a pediatrician.

Caitlin Fraga of Van Buren High School is the daughter of Danny and Jennifer Keech. She plans to study nursing at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.

Madeline Ramsey of Van Buren High School is the daughter of Brian and Amy Ramsey. She plans to study pediatric physical therapy at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Faith Jones of Van Buren High School is the daughter of Larry and Sherry Jones. She plans to study health sciences/nursing at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.

The following students were awarded scholarships to attend the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville:

Sophia Sundara of Springdale received the Lyell and Marcella J. Thompson Endowed Scholarship.

James Rose of White Hall received the Dr. and Mrs. J.O. Legg Scholarship.

Kristen Harrison of Pearcy received the Dr. and Mrs. J.O. Legg Scholarship.

Lynnette Smith of Avoca received the Dr. and Mrs. J.O. Legg Scholarship.

Jessalyn Kohn of St. Louis received the Dr. and Mrs. J.O. Legg Scholarship.

Mitchell Pruitt of Jonesboro received the Dr. and Mrs. J.O. Legg Scholarship.

David Sites of Stuttgart received the Dr. and Mrs. J.O. Legg Scholarship.

Blair Breazeale of Bentonville received the Dr. and Mrs. J.O. Legg Scholarship.

Tanner Bratton of Marion received the Arkansas Agricultural Consultants Association Scholarship.

Mason Young of Jonesboro received the Arkansas Agricultural Consultants Association Scholarship.

Elliot Pruett of Summers received the Arkansas Agricultural Consultants Association Scholarship.

Matthew Moore of Marion received the Arkansas Agricultural Consultants Association Scholarship.

John Seale of Marion received the Arkansas Agricultural Consultants Association Scholarship.
