Police: 5 teens arrested in connection with Bentonville break-ins

Five teenagers have been linked car break-ins and damaged cars in Bentonville, according to a police.

There have been about 35 reports of cars entered and items stolen and 25 related reports of criminal mischief, according to the report. Police earlier said that some of the cars had been hit with spray paint.

Bentonville police identified several teens responsible for the break-ins.

Police arrested three teens Tuesday. Zachary Hudson, 19, of Centerton, a Bentonville minor and a Pea Ridge minor were arrested in connection with multiple counts of breaking or entering, theft of property and criminal mischief, according to police.

On Wednesday police arrested Christian Stevens, 18 and a third minor, both of whom were living in Bentonville, police said. Both were arrested in connection with accomplice to breaking or entering and accomplice to theft by receiving.

Police have recovered more items than have been reported stolen and have asked anyone who may have been a victim in the recent break-ins to file a police report and reclaim their property.
