Eduardo Sierra joined Weichert, Realtors-The Griffin Co.’s Bentonville office as a real estate agent. He joins more than 50 agents at the Bentonville office.

Dr. Jeff C. Ellison joined the Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic and will provide gastroenterological and endoscopic care. He is fellowship trained in gastroenterology and was named chief fellow at Methodist Hospital Dallas. He has a special focus in pancreas and biliary tract disease. Ellison attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He was awarded the Circle of Excellence for Patient Care in 2011 as assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UAMS.

Lt. Anthony W. Foster graduated from the School of Police Staff and Command through Northwestern University on April 3. He is a 12-year veteran of the Washington County sheriff’s office and a lieutenant in the Washington County detention facility. He began the 10-week program Jan. 26 in Lee Summit, Mo. His class graduated 27 students. The program provides upperlevel college instruction from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.

Drs. Steven Whitelaw and Eric Walker of Millennium Chiropractic Sports Medicine and Rehab joined Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas, adding chiropractic care to the independent physician group. Whitelaw has been in practice in Northwest Arkansas since 1997, and Walker joined him in 2002. Both are graduates of Parker University.

Whitelaw is board certified as a medical investigator by the American College of Forensic Examiners and has studied at the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Services. He has attended the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and is certified in whiplash and brain injury traumatology.

Walker also attended the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and is certified in whiplash and brain injury traumatology. He studied at the Center for Research into Automotive Safety and Health and has taken courses in digital motion X-ray technology.

Sabrina Lawrence joined Washington Regional as director of home health. She earned an associate’s degree in nursing from Mary Grimes School of Nursing at Neosho County Community College in Chanute, Kan., and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She achieved OASIS C Specialist certification in home health patient assessment and is licensed as an Oklahoma home health administrator. She serves as northwest district director for the HomeCare Association of Arkansas’ board of directors.

Dr. Keith Berner, a psychiatrist who specializes in addiction psychiatry, recently joined the medical staff of Springwoods Behavioral Health. He was a psychiatrist at the Northwest Medical Center Behavior Unit in Springdale. Berner received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Hendrix College, where he graduated magna cum laude, and graduated from medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Vermont and did a fellow in addiction psychiatry at New York University and Bellevue Hospital in New York City.
