• Dylan Goodwin, 21, of 1359 N. 54th St. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony residential burglary and theft of property. He was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Elyvin Jackson, 28, of 1224 Jersey St. in Conway was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony parole violation, possession of a controlled substance and no proof of insurance, and misdemeanor driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to stop or yield. He was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Terrence Jackson, 31, of 909 S. Elmhurst Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony violation of probation or a suspended sentence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
