• A 50-year-old woman had chest pain and was taken to Mercy Hospital at 8:54 p.m. Friday following an accident at Promenade Boulevard and Walnut Street.

• A 38-year-old woman had neck and back pain and was taken to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle accident at 11:44 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Grove Road and Southern Hills Boulevard.

• A 63-year-old woman had head pain and was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville at 12:37 p.m. Sunday after an accident at 13th and Walnut streets.

• A faulty heating, ventilating and air conditioning system caused a building to be evacuated after people smelled smoke and saw a light haze at 7:14 a.m. Sunday at 1704 W. Industrial Drive. The building was aired out.
