Clinton Antonio Ward, 49, was charged with battery, cruelty to children and assault after the Georgia man was accused of beating a 16-year-old boy he caught emerging from a bathroom after showering with Ward’s teenage stepdaughter.

Julio Calzada, Uruguay’s drug czar, said every legal marijuana plant in Uruguay will be registered and tracked using radio frequency tags and that state grown marijuana will be cloned to include genetic markers so authorities can test the drug in any user’s possession to determine if it came from a registered, legal source.
