NORTHWEST ARKANSAS COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION

6 p.m. - The Plant a Seed Gala at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers will benefit the NorthWest Arkansas Community College Foundation and recognize area leaders. The 2014 Quality of Life Award honorees are Archie Schaffer, Cox Communications and Rotary Clubs of Northwest Arkansas.

Proceeds will go toward the development of a new neurosurgical hybrid operating suite at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
