House to sue to make Obama enforce laws

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, said Wednesday that President Barack Obama is not “faithfully executing the laws of our country,” citing Obama’s actions on immigration and health care.

House Speaker John Boehner said the chamber will sue President Barack Obama's administration over what he called a pattern of ignoring parts of federal laws the president doesn't like.
