Legislators: Why require a degree?

State Department of Human Services officials David Griffin and Ratha Tracy answer lawmakers’ questions Wednesday about proposed changes in day-care regulations.

The state is updating its minimum licensing requirements for child-care centers in Arkansas for the first time since 1969.
