Dutch: Costa Rica will be aggressive

SALVADOR, Brazil -- Netherlands coach Louis van Gaal expects Costa Rica to play a similar brand of attacking football as Chile and Mexico used in their unsuccessful attempts to derail the Dutch World Cup campaign.
