Report says income, citizenship often differ from records

The Obama administration, led by Health and Human Service Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell, has been struggling to clear up data discrepancies that could potentially jeopardize coverage for millions under the health overhaul.

Many of the 8 million Americans who signed up for insurance under the new health care law now have to clear up questions about their personal information that could affect their coverage.
