Obama warns Karzai total pullout in plans

U.S. servicemen keep watch Tuesday at Manas Air Force Base outside Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The base has begun closing down as U.S. troops begin using a replacement facility in Romania for moving in and out of Afghanistan.
