• Donald Robert Holliday, 44, of 504 Pearl St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Holliday was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Jonathan McDowell, 44, of 12250 Center Point Church Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Friday in connection with felony parole violation, theft of property and fleeing, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possessing instruments of crime. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,000 bond.
• Eric Stewart, 28, of 1189 W. End Ave. Apt. D12 was arrested Friday in connection with felony third-degree battery. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
• Larry Stewart, 39, of 1189 N. West End Ave. Apt. D12 was arrested Friday in connection with felony third-degree battery. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
• Brooks Baker, 19, of 1413 Lafite Lane was arrested Thursday in connection with felony first-degree criminal mischief. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
Rogers
• Ralph Orthwein, 68, of 144 Longshore in Blue Eye, Mo., was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Orthwein was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Rodolfo Duran-Marroquin, 45, of 803 W. Tahlequah St. No. 8 in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with forgery in the first degree, driving while intoxicated and no driver's license. Duran-Marroquin was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Harvey Welkley, 67, of 123 Walnut St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony driving while intoxicated, and misdemeanor driving on a suspended license for previously driving while intoxicated and violation of implied consent. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

Arkansas 127 in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with felony delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.
• Treshsandra Buckhorn, 36, of 10104 E. 33rd St. in Tulsa, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with felony parole violation. She was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.
• Shawn Hughlette, 49, of 1419 E. Capitol Ave. in Des Moines, Iowa, was arrested Thursday in connection with felony parole violation. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center.
• Joshua Watkins, 25, of 7951 W. Gibbs Road in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony violation of probation or a suspended sentence. He was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.
• Brandi Young, 22, of 704 Union Drive in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony aggravated assault, first-degree endangerment of the welfare of a minor and theft of property, and misdemeanor reckless driving. She was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
