The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department will hold a public meeting Thursday in Conway to discuss plans to improve Arkansas 286/U.S. 65B, also called Dave Ward Drive.
Plans call for widening the road from two to four lanes between Interstate 40 and East German Lane in Conway.
The meeting will be held from 4-7 p.m. in the common area at Conway Christian School, 400 E. German Lane.
The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments, the department said. More information is available from the agency's environmental division at (501) 569-2281.
